RADDA URGES KATSINA RESIDENTS TO REPAY TINUBU WITH VOTES
Katsina State Governor, Dikko Radda, has urged residents of Musawa Local Government Area to support President Bola Tinubu’s re-election bid in 2027, saying the community should reciprocate the appointments given to its indigenes by the President.
Radda made the appeal while addressing residents during a political gathering in the state, where he encouraged them to demonstrate their appreciation for the Federal Government’s recognition of people from their community.
The governor argued that the appointments secured by individuals from Musawa under Tinubu’s administration should be acknowledged through political support when Nigerians head to the polls in 2027.
He urged residents to remain politically committed and mobilise support for the President, stressing the importance of standing behind leaders who have given their community opportunities to serve at the national level.
The appeal comes as political activities and consultations gather momentum ahead of the 2027 general elections, with leaders across the country beginning to make their preferred candidates and political positions known.
Tinubu is expected to seek another four-year term, while political parties and their supporters continue preparations for what is likely to be a closely watched presidential contest.
