OSHIOMHOLE SLAMS OBI, CALLS HIM A TRADER

Former Edo State Governor and APC senator, Adams Oshiomhole, has criticised former Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi, describing him as a trader who has failed to present a convincing alternative for Nigeria.

Oshiomhole made the remarks while commenting on the political debate ahead of the 2027 general elections.

He questioned Obi’s record and political proposals, arguing that the former Anambra governor had not offered Nigerians a clear alternative to the policies and direction of the current administration.

The APC senator’s comments have added to the growing political exchanges between supporters of the ruling party and opposition figures as political activities gather momentum ahead of the 2027 presidential election.

Obi, who finished third in the 2023 presidential election, has remained a prominent opposition voice, frequently advocating accountability, prudent management of public resources and economic reforms.
