City Boy Movement Mobilises for Tinubu’s Victory in Oyo
The City Boy Movement in Oyo State has intensified mobilisation efforts in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the next general elections.
At a gathering of members and supporters, the group reaffirmed its commitment to securing Tinubu’s re-election and working toward returning the state to the All Progressives Congress (APC). Leaders of the movement said their strategy includes grassroots engagement, voter sensitisation, and strengthening party structures across local government areas.
According to the group, the mobilisation drive is aimed at consolidating support for the president’s policies while building momentum for the APC in Oyo. They expressed confidence that increased coordination and outreach would boost the party’s chances in the state.
“We are committed to ensuring victory for President Tinubu and restoring Oyo to the APC,” a spokesperson said, noting that members have been tasked with expanding the movement’s reach at the community level.
Political observers say the renewed push signals early positioning ahead of future elections, as parties and support groups begin to intensify activities across key states.
