Tinubu met Davido, Jandor but denied me access – Ex-presidential aide, Audu

President Bola Tinubu’s former Senior Special Assistant on Public Affairs, Aliyu Audu, has tackled the president over non-access to him while working in the presidency.
Audu said he never met with Tinubu during his almost two years working as his spokesman.
A few weeks ago, Audu had resigned from his position as SSA on Public Affairs.
However, he berated the president for meeting with Nigerian singer, David Adeleke aka, Davido and Lagos politician, Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, but failed to grant him access.
In an interview on Arise Television’s Prime Time on Thursday evening, the former presidential aide vowed to work against Tinubu’s reelection.
He said: “I worked for the President for nearly two years. I didn’t have a sit down with him. I’m one of his spokesperson but he sat with Davido, who insulted him a couple of weeks before.
Then he sat with that Jandor, who didn’t even come second in Lagos election. It doesn’t make sense.”
A few days to Audu’s resignation, Davido’s uncle and Governor of Osun State, Ademola Adeleke had visited Tinubu in Lagos.
It would also be recalled that in March, Jandor, who ran for Lagos governorship in the 2023 election on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, met the President following his resignation from the PDP.
