Super Eagles Player, Aaron Samuel Molested In Chinese Night Club

Super Eagle player, Aaron Samuel was one of the clubbers molested recently in China at a night club where ace rapper, Michael Stephens popularly known as Ruggedman was having his concert.

While performing on stage on Saturday, March 14, 2015, Chinese police invaded the ABCD club in Guangzhou where the show was held.

Though many were arrested, the Nigerian footballer who plays as a striker for Chinese Super League side Guangzhou R&Fplayer was allowed to go based on his status.

Prior to that night, report had it that the player had met with the rapper in a club before coming to honour the shameful show.

Ruggedman is currently on a musical tour in China.

Ruggedman is yet to comment on the incident but his management responded thus: ‘Ruggedman’s show was going smoothly and the turn up was loud. As a matter of fact, Super Eagles player. Aaron Samuel and B2Ks Demarion were there with Ruggedman, and all of a sudden the police just came in to stop the show. We later found out that it was a competing show promoter in China that called the police because they felt jealous. His other shows in other cities are still on course.’

The player is one of the Eagles invited for the friendly match against South Africa’s Bafana Bafana on March 29 in South Africa.

On 11 October 2014, he made his debut for the Super Eagles in a 1–0 away defeat against Sudan, coming on as a substitute for Nosa Igiebor in the 47th minute. On 15 October 2014, Olanare scored his first goal in a 3–1 home victory against Sudan. He restored Nigerias lead in the 66th minute when he stabbed home a loose ball after a mix-up between Sudan goalkeeper Akram El Hadi and his defender. Olanare scored his second goal for Nigeria in a 2-0 away victory over Congo. He scored the second goal of the match to secure the victory.
