Partey To Miss Ghana’s Friendly Against Super Eagles

Arsenal midfielder, Thomas Partey, will not be available for Ghana’s friendly against Nigeria this Friday.

Partey has not been called for the game which is to be played in Morocco.

This was revealed by transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, on Monday.

Romano tweeted: “Thomas Partey, not included in Ghana squad for the upcoming games as he “asked to be excused from the game to gain full fitness following recent injuries”.

“Arsenal appreciated that as they want Thomas to be 100% fit for the final two months of the season.”

Partey is set to play for the Gunners this year, as he continues his rehabilitation from injury.
