Now They Post His Pictures But Never Reached Out To Him In His Trying Times — Apostle Suleiman Mourns Sammie Okposo’s Demise

Apostle Suleiman has reacted to the sudden demise of a gospel minister, Sammie Okposo.

Chiding his colleagues for not sticking with him during his trying times, the Pastor queried them for now posting his photos to celebrate him now that he is no more.

“Now they post his pictures but never reached out to him in his trying times…he told me what pastors did to him and we both wept, Love has left the church. We have more lawyers who are ready to judge than intercessors ready to restore. Rest in power my brother, you conquered!” Apostle Suleman of Omega power ministry wrote.

Meanwhile, the family of popular Nigerian Gospel singer and Welu Welu crooner, Sammie Okposo has released an official statement regarding his sudden death.

Society watch had earlier reported that the music producer slumped on Friday morning and died at the age of 51.

According to the statement by Okposo’s family, they are consoled because they are convinced that the gospel singer is happily singing with the angels in heaven.

“We are the consoled because we know he is with Jesus singing with the angels.”

The statement added, “We kindly request that the family is allowed to grieve peacefully at this time.”
Okposo made headlines early in the year after he publicly apologized to his wife, Ozioma for cheating on her with another lady in the United States.

In the apology which was shared on his Instagram page, the singer lamented over the incident which he noted happened in 2021.

The singer further stated that the development has seen him step aside from ministerial work until “full restoration.”
