Imo APC governorship candidate was missing as Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) released list of candidates for 2019 Imo governorship election.
67 governorship candidates, their respective running mates alongside their credentials and personal information was on the published list.
Punch reports that notable names on the list were, former deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, Emeka Ihedioha of the People’s Democratic Party, former Senator, Ifeanyi Araraume of the All Progressives Grand Alliance .
According to Punch, A source at the INEC office said there were court orders stopping the Commission from publishing the name of the APC governorship candidate.
It would be called that Uche Nwosu and Senator Hope Uzodinma have been battling for who should be APC candidate.
