The government has issued a notice to Ghana and Togo to quit assaulting Nigerians in the nations.

Abike Dabiri-Erewa, executive of the Nigerian Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), made this known while tending to writers after a gathering with President Muhammadu Buhari at the presidential villa in Abuja.

She said the notice wound up necessary after the ongoing assaults on Nigerians living there.

Dabiri-Erewa approached the foreign nations to protect Nigerians a similar way the lives of their nationals are being protected in Nigeria.
