BBNaija reunion: Angel, Maria Trade Words Over ‘Slut’ Comment

Angel Smith and Maria Chike, who were roommates on Big Brother Naija season 6 edition, exchanged words during the reunion episode that aired on Friday night.

A clip from the show was broadcast during which Maria accused Angel of kissing practically every guy in the home.

Maria defended the clip, which included scenes from their stay in the house, by stating that what she stated was merely her view on Angel.

Maria denied calling the 22-year-old writer a slut, according to the 22-year-old writer.

Insisting that she didn’t use a derogatory word regarding Angel, Maria said “I have an opinion about you, but that doesn’t mean it’s right.”

Angel, however, said that Maria did the same things she did in the house (apart from kissing).

“You were flirting with Emmanuel and Michael,” Angel accused.

Maria replied that it was Emmanuel that flirted with her and she dragged him to Liquorose.

Angel said, “The difference between both of us is that I took you as my person but you didn’t take me as your person.”

Since Maria’s discussion in the clip was with Peace and Nini, Angel knocked Nini for not shutting down the conversation.

She apologised for her inactions, and stated that she had to listen to the conversation because the discussion about Angel was about her (Angel’s) strategy on the show.
