AKINWUNMI AMBODE’S PHOBIA

There is one thing that Lagos APC guber candidate, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, dreads so much. To him, it’s more terrible than the rack and more potent than the snake. The former Lagos Accountant- General who wants to rule Lagos has an instinctive fear for falling from high place. This little secret of his was let out on Sunday, February 8, 2015 when he was hosted to a Grand House Reception (GHR) by The Niteshift Coliseum, Nigeria’s apex club in Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos.

Ambode let the cat out when it was time for him to read his citation and he was asked to climb ‘something’. The gentleman politician who trained as an accountant immediately whispered into the ears of one of the organisers of the GHR that that was his phobia. Thus, that little secret of his got out.

Before now, the club had hosted former governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and incumbent governor, Babatunde RajiFashola among other governors.
