I THINK ABOUT TINUBU’S RE-ELECTION WHEN SLEEPING, EATING — WIKE

Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has said President Bola Tinubu’s re-election in 2027 is constantly on his mind as he continues to mobilise support for the President.
Wike made the statement during town hall meetings with the Rumueme and Apara kingdoms in Obio-Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State.
The former Rivers State governor said he was committed to ensuring that Tinubu secures a second term and urged residents of Rivers State to support the President in the 2027 election.
“Each day I sleep, I am thinking about the President’s re-election. When I am eating, I think about the President’s re-election. Everything I am doing now is about the President’s re-election,” Wike said.
The FCT minister also expressed confidence in Tinubu’s chances in Rivers State, saying he believes the President’s 2027 campaign in the state would be easier than it was in 2023.
Wike urged residents to consider what he described as the benefits Rivers State has received under the Tinubu administration, including appointments given to people from the state.
He also called on political leaders and community stakeholders to work together and mobilise voters ahead of the presidential election.
Wike has repeatedly declared his support for Tinubu’s re-election despite remaining a member of the Peoples Democratic Party.
