𝗕𝗔𝗛𝗚𝗜𝗔 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗢𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗵𝗲𝗻, 𝗢𝗸𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗮, 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝗼𝘀

The inaugural BAHGIA Awards 2026 celebrated outstanding achievements across sports, entertainment, leadership, and business, recognising some of Africa’s most influential personalities at a colourful ceremony in Lagos.

Among those honoured were Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen, actor Charles Okocha, President Bola Tinubu, Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy, and several other distinguished individuals for their contributions to their respective fields.

Organisers said the awards were established to celebrate African excellence, inspire future generations, and recognise individuals whose impact has transcended borders.

The event attracted prominent dignitaries, celebrities, business leaders, and stakeholders from across the continent, highlighting the growing importance of recognising excellence and innovation in Africa.
