Nicki Minaj sued for turning up late at Las Vegas club despite being paid a whopping $263k

Nicki Minaj is facing a lawsuit amid claims by a top Las Vegas, Nevada, nightclub that she was paid to appear at the club but did not hold up her end of the bargain.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the rapper was paid a whopping $263,000 by the Chateau Nightclub in the Paris casino to host an after party following the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight in May.

The club is now demanding a refund as, according to its suit, Nicki’s people were pre-paid the amount with the agreement that the star would arrive at midnight and perform two songs.
According to TMZ’s report, club-goers were also far from impressed with many paying big bucks to party with Nicki – especially as it was one of Vegas’ biggest party nights in recent history.
The suit – which was filed against the star’s booking company Pink Personality – argues that Nicki’s late appearance affected their ability to sell VIP tables that were expected to fetch in excess of $25,000 each.
