UNL: Bruno Fernandes Reacts As Cristiano Ronaldo Scores 900th Career Goals
1 min readManchester United midfielder, Bruno Fernandes has hailed Cristiano Ronaldo after the 39-year-old netted his 900th career goal.
The Al Nassr striker is now the first player in the game’s history to score 900 goals in top-tier football.
It was the Portugal captain’s goal that helped his country beat Croatia 2-1 in their Nations League opener in Lisbon on Thursday.

Diogo Dalot opened the scoring for the home side in the seventh minute and Ronaldo made it 2-0 in the 34th minute to secure the elusive landmark.
Speaking after the game, Fernandes praised his captain after the game, calling it “another normality” in the life of the former Real Madrid, Manchester United and Juventus star.
He said, “I thought we had stopped counting them. We have, but he likes to count them [laughs]. It’s a very special number and we’re very happy for him.
“In addition to being Cristiano, he raises the name of our nation to the highest level, as he has done over the years. It’s just another normality in his life.”
