Badaru’s visit aimed to assess military strategies and deployment against the rising tide of kidnappings and attacks on major roads, particularly the notorious Zaria-Gusau route.

He expressed satisfaction with the re-strategizing efforts and called for public support in combating the challenges.

Accompanied by military leaders, Badaru emphasized the need for collaboration among all states to enhance security measures across the North-West. “Are you ready to finish them off?” he asked the troops, rallying them for intensified action against banditry.
