Osun Gov: Adeleke, Oyebamiji Dream Victory as Campaign Begins
Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, and the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate, Bola Oyebamiji, have both expressed confidence in securing victory as campaigns officially commence ahead of the August 15 governorship election in the state.
Speaking at separate campaign events, Adeleke said his administration’s achievements in governance and development would earn him the support of voters for another term in office. He urged residents to sustain their backing for his government to continue ongoing projects and reforms.
On his part, Oyebamiji said the APC was well prepared to reclaim the state, assuring supporters that the party’s campaign would focus on policies aimed at improving infrastructure, economic growth, and welfare for residents.
Supporters of both political camps gathered in large numbers as campaign activities kicked off across the state, signaling the beginning of what is expected to be a closely contested election.
The Osun governorship poll is scheduled for August 15, with political parties intensifying efforts to mobilise voters across the state.
