Believe it or not, former Military President, Gen. Ibrahim Babangida has given notice of his intention to marry a new wife.
Less than four years after losing his flamboyant wife, Maryam, the former military ruler has confessed that he is prepared to take another wife.
This disclosure was made by the gap-toothed, Minna-born General at an exclusive roundtable with selected media executives sometime ago in Minna while marking his 70th birthday. Although he neither gave the details nor the identity of the bride-to-be, Babangida confirmed that he is truly making plans to wed “very soon” and has already sought the advice of his close friends.
However, there is no doubt that there are lots of women battling to win the soul of the iconic politician and one of them is Kannywood actress, Ibrahim Zee-Zee.
Zee-Zee is a beautiful soft spoken lady from Borno State. Unlike some ladies who feast on wealthy men like bees, Zee-Zee is rich. Having met ZeeZee twice in Lagos during her celebrated failed romance with dancehall star, Timaya, Society Watchng can also testify to her wealth.
However, the story flying around town is that she is into a serious relationship with IBB and intends to marry him sooner than later.
Though the politician has never come out to deny the speculation, Zee-Zee is currently spreading the tales of her imminent wedding with the former head of states around town. She was said to have told a Kaduna-based Film Magazine and Blueprint Newspaper that her marriage to IBB is still very much on the card and when it comes it will be the talk of town.
