I’m Learning Politics from Tinubu, Says APC National Chairman
Abuja — The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nentawe Yilwatda, has said he is learning the art of politics from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, whom he described as one of the finest political minds in Nigeria.
Yilwatda made the statement while speaking at a party function in Abuja, where he praised Tinubu’s political experience, leadership style, and strategic thinking.
According to him, the President’s long journey in politics, from pro-democracy activism to becoming Nigeria’s leader, makes him a model worthy of study by both young and experienced politicians.
“I am learning politics from President Bola Tinubu,” Yilwatda said. “He is one of the best politicians Nigeria has ever produced. His ability to manage people, build structures and take difficult decisions is remarkable.”
The APC chairman noted that Tinubu’s political resilience and commitment to democratic ideals have continued to shape the ruling party and the nation’s political direction.
He added that the President’s leadership has strengthened the APC and provided a clear roadmap for governance, unity and national development.
Yilwatda also urged party members to remain loyal and focused, stressing that the success of the APC depends on discipline, unity and support for the President’s policies and reforms.
President Tinubu, who assumed office in May 2023, has remained a dominant figure in Nigerian politics, with allies frequently commending his role in shaping the country’s democratic landscape.
