I Will Attend Your 90th Birthday, Obasanjo Tells Bishop Oyedepo At 70th Birthday Celebration
1 min readFormer President Olusegun Obasanjo has said that he will attend the 90th birthday of Bishop David Oyedepo, the presiding bishop of the Living Faith Church worldwide, and after that leave the bishop to celebrate with others, indicating that he would live for 107 years.
Obasanjo stated this during his goodwill message on the 70th birthday of Bishop Oyedepo held in Ota on Friday.
Obasanjo, who said he came to Ota before Bishop Oyedepo, said the bishop came and took the first position putting the town on the map of the world.

His desire to live long enough to attend the 90th birthday celebration of Bishop David Oyedepo of Living Faith Church.
During his goodwill address, Obasanjo said: “Today, you are joining the club of Septuagenarians. From Septuagenarian, you will become an Octogenarian, and I will be here. From Octogenarian, you will become a Nonagenarian, and I will be here.
“After that, I will leave you alone, and God will be with you.”
He observed that the bishop had lots of attributes worthy of emulation, noting that he (the bishop) could not have achieved all he had without being close to God.
He described the Faith Tabernacle, the venue of the church service as an engineering miracle.
Obasanjo, whose message was full of humour also described the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church, Pastor Eunuch Adeboye as SP (Senior Pastor) and the bishop as JP (Junior Pastor).
