Hour Of Revival: Why I Launched New Ministry – Bishop Abioye Explains
1 min readThe immediate past first vice president of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, also known as Winners Chapel,Bishop David Abioye, has provided the reason for launching a new ministry just months after retirement from office.
Abioye retired from the Living Faith Church in October this year in line with the operational guidelines of the church as detailed in its mandate.
Subsequently, the bishop unveiled plans for a new ministry titled Hour of Revival and fixed dates for the programme.

He said the Hour of Revival is an an interdenominational prayer platform to rekindle spiritual fire and inspire personal and collective renewal.
The maiden edition of the Hour of Revival took place on Saturday at the Velodrome of the National Stadium in Abuja, drawing a large crowd of participants from diverse backgrounds.
Addressing the attendees, Abioye clarified that the revival platform is not his personal project but an ordained mission by God.
He therefore urged participants to embrace personal revival as a pathway to corporate revival, expressing his hope that everyone in attendance would be transformed into fire-catchers and fire-spreaders.
