D’banj unveiled as surprise headliner for Gidi Fest 2016

Organisers of Gidi Fest 2016, have just unveiled kokomaster, D’banj as a surprise headlining act for the festival as he now leads a star-studded line up of music acts and DJs billed to perform at the event.

Talented music acts like Tiwa Savage, Phyno, Timaya, Dj Obi, South Africa’s K.O and Ricky Rick as well as Yemi Alade will all be on hand to deliver stellar performances at the event that’s just about 24 hours away. Others are Adekunle Gold, Mr 2Kay, Ycee among others.

The event will hold at Eko Atlantic, Victoria Island, Lagos from 12 noon.

The football and volleyball tournaments, which kicks off at 1 pm, would see the celebrity team face off with the fans team in a winner takes all contest.

Following immediately is the Music all day and Main Stage which begins at 4:30pm with performances from the lineup of artistes and DJs.
