BUK Probes Student Over Online Misconduct Allegations

Bayero University Kano (BUK) has launched an investigation into a student accused of online misconduct involving alleged impersonation and financial scams.

 

The university authorities said the probe followed public complaints and concerns raised over the student’s alleged activities on social media platforms.

 

According to reports, the student is suspected of impersonating individuals online and engaging in fraudulent schemes aimed at obtaining money from unsuspecting victims.

 

In response, the university has set up an internal process to examine the allegations and determine the facts surrounding the case.

 

BUK management assured the public that appropriate disciplinary actions would be taken if the student is found guilty of violating the institution’s rules and regulations.

 

The university also reiterated its commitment to maintaining discipline and upholding ethical standards among its students.
