Atlético Madrid Complete €126m Signing Of João Félix

Atlético Madrid have finally confirmed the signing of Benfica teenager João Félix.

Félix was one of the stand out strikers in European football last season and had been linked with a move to Manchester City.

Last week Benfica confirmed that Atleti had paid his €120m release, and were adding an extra €6m so that the money could be paid in instalments.

That has now been accepted by the Portuguese side, with Diego Simeone’s men releasing this video on Wednesday.

The 19-year-old is now officially the game’s fifth-most expensive player, after Neymar and Kylian Mbappé, Phillipe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele.
