Atiku Donates N50m To Jigawa Flood Victims

Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, has donated N50 million to victims of flood in Jigawa State.

Atiku made the donation when he visited Emir of Dutse, Dr. Nuhu Sanusi, in his palace to commiserate with the monarch over the recent flood that caused havoc Jigawa communities.

The reason for the visit, according to him, was to sympathise with the state and the victims of flood that devastated Jigawa and other states of the federation.

Responding, the monarch appreciated the visit and the donation, assuring the donor that the money would be judiciously spent on the intended purpose.
