150 OAU Students Receive ₦100,000 Scholarship Each from Foundation
No fewer than 150 students of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, have received scholarships of ₦100,000 each from the Omotayo Adegboye Foundation.
The beneficiaries, described as brilliant but financially disadvantaged students, were selected to receive the support as part of the foundation’s efforts to promote access to education and ease the financial burden on students.
According to the organisers, the scholarship initiative is aimed at encouraging academic excellence while providing assistance to students who struggle to meet the costs associated with their studies.
