“I No De Find Trouble” – Falz Speaks On His Beef With Very Dark Man

2 min read

Popular rapper Falz recently had a conversation about his ongoing beef with fellow activist Very Dark Man, and he had a lot to say.

Falz said that when Very Dark Man first released a video, claiming that he had an amorous relationship with Bobrisky, and that his father Femi Falana had engaged in bribery and corruption to help secure Bobrisky a better prison facility.

According to Falz, he had reached out to Very Dark Man so they could have a conversation about what he said, and instead of conversing properly with him, the activist was very defensive, and asked him to take him to court.

Falz reiterated that he wasn’t a troublesome person, and the first step he took was to send out a letter, disclaiming everything that Very Dark Man had said, before proceeding to court.

In court, Falz said that he filed a civil suit against Very Dark Man for defamation, with damages because that was his only reprieve from the taint that had been thrown on his name.

Falz said that while Nigerians were wailing that himself and the entire Falana family were oppressing Very Dark Man, they were only doing the right thing, and that the activist was begging to be sued anyways.

He also mentioned that he could’ve instituted the lawsuit in a criminal angle, in such a way that Very Dark Mam could be arrested, but that’s not what he wanted.

Falz also stated that he had gotten an interlocutory injunction, asking the court to tell Very Dark Man to take down their video, pending the conclusion of their initial lawsuit.

According to Falz, Very Dark Man didn’t take down the video, and it’s still being watched by his fans on his two Instagram pages.
