Tiwa Savage Makes History As First African Artist To Perform At The Coronation Of A British Monarch (Video)

History was made on Sunday night, May 7th as the Queen of Afrobeats, Tiwa Savage performed at King Charles III’s coronation ceremony.

Society Watch reported last month that the Afrobeats singer was set to perform at the ceremony alongside Lionel Richie and others.

Making Nigerians proud, Tiwa Savage had a spectacular performance as she thrilled guests and Monarch with her melodious voice.

In videos making rounds on the internet, the mother of one could be seen in a green dress as she performed one of her songs, ‘Keys to the Kingdom’.

Her epic performance has left many singing her praises.

With her performance, Tiwa Savage has broken records and made history as she becomes the first African artist to perform at the Corona of a British Monarch.
