2019: I Neither Have Baggage Nor Corruption Cases– Tambuwal
1 min readGovernor of Sokoto state, Aminu Tambuwal has urged Nigerians to elect a candidate who has a track record of transparency and accountability.
Tambuwal, who dumped the All Progressives Congress(APC) for the People’s Democratic Party(PDP) in order to grab the party’s ticket for the presidency has said a candidate that respects the rule of law is what Nigeria needs right now.
Speaking via his twitter handle on Saturday, Tambuwal said his record is in public domain. While canvassing for support towards his presidential ambition, Tambuwal said he neither has baggage or any corruption case.
He wrote:
We must take Power away from an Incompetent Government. We must elect people with a track record of Transparency, Accountability, and respect for the Rule of Law.
My records are in the public domain. I have no baggages, neither do I have any corruption case.#TheFutureIsNow— Aminu W. Tambuwal (@AWTambuwal) September 15, 2018
